A fan of playing softball, golfing, and gardening, as well as a generous donator to St. Clement’s Church, Dr. Ben Ramaley is a gynecologist in practice at the Southport Women’s Group. Dr. Ben Ramaley works with both menopausal and adolescent patients, with whom he is able to share the wealth of experience and knowledge afforded by his medical career. His previous medical positions include a long period of employment with Brookside Obstetrics and Gynecology in Greenwich, Connecticut. Before practicing medicine, Dr. Ben Ramaley began his education at Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree before moving on to the University of Illinois College of Medicine. After graduating with his medical degree, Dr. Ben Ramaley completed his internship at St. Vincent Hospital in New York. Next, he worked in the Cornell Medical Center’s New York Hospital, where he completed a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). In order to stay better connected with other professionals in his field, Dr. Ben Ramaley maintains membership in the Connecticut State Medical Society, the American Medical Association, and the Fairfield County Medical Association. Actively affiliated with the Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport Connecticut, he is a Board-certified member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is currently licensed in the state of Connecticut, where he practices.
